We are not liable for any damages or liabilities resulting from refusal of an account relationship. We may decline to open an account for any reason, or for no reason. By opening or continuing to maintain a deposit account with us, each customer (referred to as “you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by the applicable provisions of these Rules, and all applicable agreements, disclosures, and other documents, as well as by all applicable federal or state laws, statutes and regulations.
These Rules Governing Deposit Accounts (herein after referred to as “Rules”), as well as other agreements that are provided to you separately, as may be amended from time to time, constitute the deposit contract which governs all deposit accounts with Capital One Bank.
